Hold a 'be nice to your teacher' day! This could be adapted to include lunch-time supervisors, teaching assistants or even your lollipop lady/man!

We held a whole school adult appreciation day. The children made certificates for all different adults in the school from cooks, to mid day supervisors and the head teacher. Some teachers even received cake and a balloon snake!
